Who we are

LuckySocialPlay.com (“we”, “us”) publishes free-to-play social casino-style games for entertainment.

What we collect

Basic visit info: like many sites, our hosting may note things such as your general location, browser type, and time of visit to keep things secure.
Email: if you write to us, we keep your message so we can reply.
Inside the games: a game might save sound settings or scores on your device — that happens in your browser.
Optional lounge profile: if you choose to register, your email, display name, and a password hash are stored only in your browser’s local storage on this device — see Local lounge accounts below. We do not send these credentials to our servers.

Local lounge accounts

The “Create account” / “Log in” flow is a client-side demo for personalization (for example, showing your name in the site header). Accounts exist only in localStorage and sessionStorage in your browser until you clear them or use another device. They are not linked to real-money gambling, balances, or payouts. Do not reuse a password you use for banking or email.

We don’t use heavy ad tracking. Fonts you see may load from Google’s font service. You can tighten privacy settings in your browser anytime.

When you first visit, we may store simple flags in your browser (for example, that you passed the age check and accepted our cookie notice, and keys such as lsp_age_ok_v1 / lsp_cookie_consent_v1) so we don’t ask again on every page load. Clearing site data removes them.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal information. Trusted partners (such as website hosting) may see limited data only to keep the site running.

Retention

We keep emails only as long as needed to help you and maintain normal business records. Other logs depend on our hosting provider’s routine practices.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data you’ve sent us by emailing [email protected]. We’ll verify reasonable requests subject to law.

Children

Our site is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

International visitors

If you access the site from outside Canada, your data may transit through servers in other regions depending on hosting.

Changes

We may update this policy; the new date will appear at the top.
